Wow amazing results! Just came across your blog looking up Invisalign advice. i'm on tray 9 myself. Thank you for sharing, it was great to read your honest experiences especially the entry about tray removal when your eating, that is sooo me! Anything to stick to 22 hours. I realise this is from last year so any update on how you find the retainers and keeping that up. Do you have to wear it every night?
Yup, every night. For the rest of my life. I've talked to so many people who got braces as a kid and didn't wear their retainers, and then had to start over and do Invisalign as adults. Teeth just want to go back to their original position,
