And that’s it! I think I was very accurate with my points, except for Saturday. It’s definitely tough when I have to almost completely guess at the points, like at a food fair. I know from my own cooking that being just a little heavy-handed with butter or cream or oil can make an enormous difference in points, so it’s just hard to guess if I didn’t actually make it. But I estimate the best I can, and it must be working, because I’m still losing weight at a steady pace.

Looks like a fairly good diet! But even better, eliminate dairy and sugar. Good luck!
