6 points: egg and cheese on toast, made with 2 slices Arnold Bakery Light 100% whole wheat bread (2 points), 28g Boar’s Head American cheese (4 points), and 2 eggs scrambled with 1 tablespoon of whole milk (0 points)
6 points: mini spaghetti donut (total guess on the points – I was at Smorgasburg)
8 points: large bowl of homemade White Bean, Tomato, and Spinach Gratin (not pictured or counted: the bite I ate by mistake of the shrimp and white bean dish I’d made for my husband, which looked incredibly similar to mine – blech)
8 points: 1/4 of a butter tart (another total guess at the points, also purchased at Smorgasburg)
6 points: 4 Nabisco Oreo Thins Sandwich Cookies
4 points: 1/4 of a head of roasted cauliflower with olive oil and parmesan
10 points: 200g of mashed potatoes made with vegetable stock, butter, and whole milk
3 points: 1 ounce of cheesy sour cream, made with a soft goat-like cheese, full-fat sour cream, and heavy whipping cream
1 point: 1 piece of Wasa Thins Rosemary and sea salt flatbread

Sunday
3 points: peanut butter on toast, made with 1 slice Arnold Bakery Light 100% whole wheat bread (1 point), and 13g Jif Creamy Peanut Butter (2 points)
2 points: 2 pieces of Wasa Thins Rosemary and sea salt flatbread
3 points: 24g New York State Cheddar Extra Sharp
4 points: 90g of mashed potatoes made with vegetable stock, butter, and whole milk
8 points: large bowl of homemade White Bean, Tomato, and Spinach Gratin
0 points: banana (not pictured: 2 bites)

And that’s it! I think I was very accurate with my points, except for Saturday. It’s definitely tough when I have to almost completely guess at the points, like at a food fair. I know from my own cooking that being just a little heavy-handed with butter or cream or oil can make an enormous difference in points, so it’s just hard to guess if I didn’t actually make it. But I estimate the best I can, and it must be working, because I’m still losing weight at a steady pace.
